The room was soundproof, clean, simple but has class. The staff very helpfully & friendly, breakfast was great, Novotel Karawang is very recommended, have affordable price

Most important for me the cleanliness, so far it's okay but have the problem with toilet shower, it didn't work and toilet bowl not as clean as usual
